Studio 317 - Inside The Robot
Inside The Robot is the studio and creative space of Linnea Maas, illustrator, and resident DJ Paul Knox. Studio 317 will be open Saturday, February 3rd from 10a-5p.
Linnea paints and draws Robots who want you to know what they're thinking in vivid, saturated colors. Their worlds are familiar and brilliant, decorated in all the colors of imagination.
We're pleased to present guest artist Lauren Strom and her Art to Make You Happy, full of luscious color, geometric abstracts, gold highlights, and empowering, feminist messages. Lauren will be running the studio and excited to help make you smile during your visit.
About Casket Arts
Casket Arts is a landmark brick and timber building in the historic Arts District neighborhood of Northeast Minneapolis. Built in 1885 and previously an actual casket factory, the building was beautifully converted to an artist's studio building in 2006. Now, the building houses over 125 artist tenants of all disciplines.
Northeast Minneapolis Arts District is home to the arts, with many artist buildings, breweries, restaurants, and locally owned shops, with a friendly neighborhood vibe.
