Original Artwork
Your satisfaction is a priority for us. Due to discrepancies in device displays, colors in real life may appear slightly different from your screen. If you would like to view an original artwork in person prior to purchasing, please use the form below to schedule a studio appointment. Large works may require special handling for shipping; please inquire if you have any questions.

Order Lead Time
Each museum quality reproduction is printed to order at the Casket Arts Building in Northeast Minneapolis. We hand trim prints, stretch canvas on custom built bars, and carefully package each piece of artwork to arrive in perfect condition.
Orders generally ship within 3 business days of their reception, and domestic delivery generally takes 3-4 days. Please allow 7-14 days for shipment to arrive. Inquire for rush orders.

Shipping
Orders will be shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS with tracking numbers. Shipping costs will be calculated in your cart. Free pick up option available to local customers. Please inquire for expedited shipping, pick up, or delivery.

Damages & Defects
If your shipment arrives damaged or defective, please contact linnea@insidetherobot.com within 7 days. Include your order #, a short message describing the problem, and a photographs of any damage. We will assist you as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you don’t love your new artwork, please contact linnea@insidetherobot.com and she will work with you to arrange an exchange or full refund (minus any shipping costs). Returns must be undamaged. Receipt required for all returns or exchanges.

Legal
All artwork and  images of artwork are the sole property of the Artist, Linnea Marie Maas and may not be used or reproduced in any way for profit without permission. The Artist retains all rights to all artwork and the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork including commissioned work. The Collector or Buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission.
